Time Management: Avoid Procrastination
Procrastination = putting off what must be done = big time waster.
Are you spending too much time lingering over coffee or sodas, socializing too much between tasks, doing one thing when you should be doing another?
If you have an unpleasant task, do it first and get it out of the way.
Give yourself a reward for accomplishing it.
If it is a big, difficult project, divide it into separate, smaller tasks and do them one at a time. For example, clean cupboards and rearrange storage a shelf at a time.
