Yoga for Beginner: BenefitsThere are many different yoga styles and each style has its own specific guidelines; yet, whatever the style, if you practice on a regular basis the following benefits are usually experienced:
Just like any other exercise, you need to devote time to yoga. Usully 15 to 30 minutes per session is an adequate amount of time as you practice yoga for beginner, where practice is recommended at least 3 to 4 times a week, increasingly to a daily practice.
